Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LCCM Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Services

LCCM Digital provides digital marketing and growth consulting services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project payments: 60% upfront, 40% on delivery
• Retainer payments: Monthly upfront
• All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated
• Prices exclude SST where applicable

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. LCCM Digital retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in service delivery.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and performance metrics.

Limitation of Liability

LCCM Digital provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as revenue increases, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control including market conditions, product quality, and client execution.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
